AcuLight as a modality is essentially light-based acupuncture. Instead of using traditional needles to stimulate acupuncture points, this method uses focused laser light to activate specific acupoints on the body. The light serves as a non-invasive alternative to needles while aiming to produce similar therapeutic effects, such as balancing energy flow (Qi), reducing pain, or promoting healing.
Benefits in therapy include:
In essence, AcuLight combines the principles of acupuncture with modern light therapy to provide a gentle, effective, and safe method of stimulating acupoints, supporting both physical and emotional well-being.
Acupressure is similar in principle to acupuncture but non-invasive because instead of using needles, it involves applying manual pressure on specific points on the body called acupoints. These acupoints are located along meridians, which are channels believed to carry the body’s vital energy, called Qi (chi).
Benefits include:
We are very grateful to Dr Jon Whale for permitting us to share this very important concept with you. The huge significance of the Assemblage Point was researched by Dr Whale and is described in his book ‘The Catalyst of Power, The Assemblage Point of Man’.
The Assemblage Point (AP) is part of the Meta-Physical body. It is a vortex of high energy in the Electromagnetic Body that enters into the front at the Heart Chakra and is central to our psychological as well as physical existence. It also plays a huge role in how we perceive the world.
Detrimental shifts in this energy position either Up/Down or Left/Right caused by traumatic events in our lives, stress, or substance abuse, can have a catastrophic effect on the individual’s mind and body. Issues such as ME/CFS, depression, apathy, anxiety and panic attacks can all be the result of having an Assemblage Point that is not in its correct position.
Energy grounding, sometimes called earthing, is the process of connecting your body and mind to the Earth’s energy to stabilize, balance, and center yourself. It provides an energetic “anchor,” helping you feel more present and less scattered or overwhelmed. Grounding can involve physical connection, like standing barefoot on the earth, walking in nature, or touching natural elements. It can also be practiced mentally and emotionally through visualizations, breathwork, or body-awareness exercises that help you feel fully present in your body.
Grounding is needed because it helps balance emotions, reducing anxiety and overwhelm, while improving mental clarity and focus. It is believed to support physical health, including better sleep, reduced stress, and increased vitality. For those working with energy or in therapy, grounding protects against absorbing negative or excessive energy and ensures energetic stability. In essence, grounding serves as a way to recharge your energy while staying firmly connected to the present moment, enhancing both well-being and resilience.
Our Blueprint represents the body’s map of physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual potential, reflecting the Master Plan for perfect health that resides within our Higher Self. It can be thought of as a morphogenic field we are born with, closely tied to our family tree or genetic inheritance. Through this blueprint, we inherit traits from our ancestors, such as physical features or talents, which shape who we are and influence our reality. At birth, most of us have a nearly perfect health grid, but over time, we often move away from this ideal state.
Modern life places numerous pressures on our health, including stress, pollution, toxins, poor nutrition, geopathic stressors, radiation, and substance use. These factors create imbalances in the body, prompting adaptations and compensations that pull us away from our Blueprint State. As a result, physical, emotional, and mental health can become disrupted, and the body’s natural ability to resist stress, toxins, and infections is weakened.
By resetting the Blueprint, balance and harmony can be restored, enabling the body to function optimally. When the body is in harmony, this balance extends to emotions, relationships, work, and home life. Spiritually, it fosters peace, gratitude, and a deeper connection with the Creator.
The goal of this protocol is to clear the blockages that prevent individuals from living in alignment with their Blueprint State, allowing them to once again manifest their Divine Blueprint for perfect health and holistic healing.
The body’s energy systems are networks that carry, store, and regulate the flow of life force or vital energy, often called the biofield, throughout the body. These systems are essential for maintaining physical health, emotional stability, mental clarity, and spiritual well-being.
Key energy systems include the chakras, which are seven major energy centres along the spine, each linked to specific organs, emotions, and psychological states. Another vital system is the meridians, used in Traditional Chinese Medicine, which are channels that allow energy to flow between organs and bodily systems. Blocked or weak meridians can result in physical illness or emotional imbalance.
Surrounding these internal systems is the aura or biofield, an electromagnetic field that reflects the state of a person’s physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Additionally, subtle energy flows, including microcurrents or energy vortices, circulate life force within the body and are associated with healing, intuition, and spiritual awareness.
Balancing these energy systems is crucial for overall well-being. Physically, blockages or stagnant energy can contribute to illness, fatigue, and weakened immunity, while free-flowing energy supports vitality and healing. Emotionally, imbalances can manifest as stress, anxiety, or depression, whereas harmonized energy helps regulate moods. Mentally, balanced energy promotes clarity, focus, and creativity, reducing mental fog and distractions. Spiritually, it enhances inner peace, self-connection, and awareness of higher consciousness.
The Chamber of Memories is a shamanic concept described as a spiritual library containing the soul’s record of all thoughts, actions, emotions, and experiences across all dimensions. These memories are stored on energetic “maps” within the soul’s matrix, making it a profound resource for healing.
It can also be seen as a personal portion of the collective unconscious, an energetic matrix connecting all points in space and everything within it. This matrix, known by names like the Web of Life or the Zero Point Field, operates in the realm of pure information.
Negative memories in the Chamber can create energetic blockages in the body and aura. In therapy, practitioners help clients locate the relevant “maps” and clear the energetic imprints, facilitating healing and restoring balance to the body, mind, and spirit.
The Aura is a field of energy that surrounds and interpenetrates the body, reflecting a person’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual state. It is composed of multiple layers, each with a specific function: the physical layer relates to the body and conscious emotions, the emotional layer holds unconscious feelings and early life imprints, the mental layer contains beliefs and thought patterns, and the spiritual layer represents the life force and connection to higher consciousness.
The health and balance of the Aura influence overall well-being. Blockages or imbalances in any layer can manifest as physical illness, emotional distress, mental confusion, or spiritual disconnection. Maintaining harmony across all Auric layers supports vitality, emotional regulation, clarity of mind, and spiritual growth, making the Aura a key component of holistic health.
Aura Hook-Ups may be described as stress release for the aura as it guides energy to support balance, alignment, and healing across the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers. It is a foundational tool in helping the client to balance and restore their energetic system for holistic well-being.
Body scanning and energetic corrections are used to assess and address imbalances in the body, mind, and energy systems. A physical body scan involves examining posture, muscle tension, alignment, and other physical indicators that may signal areas of stress, injury, or dysfunction. These observations can help identify regions where physical, emotional, or energetic issues may be present.
The aim is then to remove blockages and restore balance and proper flow, to enhance the body’s natural regulatory and self-healing processes.
Chakras are part of our energetic body and are centers that regulate the flow of life force as well as connect physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of health. Each chakra is linked to an endocrine gland and governs different functions, such as grounding, emotions, personal power, love, communication, intuition, and spiritual connection. They work together to sustain the aura, store energetic information, and support balance in body and mind. When chakras are open and aligned, energy flows freely, promoting harmony and well-being.
They act as both step-down transformers and transmitters of energy, helping to sustain the aura and its layers. Chakras are also considered the body’s main energetic gateways, regulating the flow of life force. In addition, they serve as a kind of energetic data warehouse, storing the record of personal experiences.
The body has three Dantians, the Upper, Middle, and Lower, which are accessed through gateways at the Brow, Heart and Sacral Chakras respectively. These Dantians act as energy centers that store collected energy.
Chi moves into the Dantians through the Taiji Pole. Each Dantian acts like a reservoir, collecting and redistributing energy as it flows out of the Dantians and into the Meridians and Vessels and from there to all of the body’s organs and surrounding tissue.
The lower dantian is mainly responsible for the health of the human body; the middle dantian governs our relationships with other sentient beings; the upper dantian controls our perceptual mechanisms and our psychic functions.
The extraordinary vessels or “extra meridians” in Traditional Chinese Medicine, are special energy pathways that act as deep reservoirs of Qi and blood. Unlike the primary meridians, which follow fixed routes connected to specific organs, the extraordinary vessels store, regulate, and distribute energy throughout the body as needed. They help maintain balance when the regular meridians are under strain and link together the body’s major energy systems.
There are eight extraordinary vessels, with two of the most important being the Governing Vessel (running along the spine) and the Conception Vessel (running along the front of the body). These vessels influence growth, development, reproduction, and overall vitality. Because they connect to deeper layers of energy, working with them in healing can release long-held imbalances, reset patterns in the body, and restore harmony on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
Integrated Healing’s own energetic correction that is easy, yet profound, as it covers almost all of the energy systems of the body in one go.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine the primary meridians are the main energy channels that circulate vital life force throughout the body. They form the foundation of the meridian system and connect the body’s organs, tissues, and functions into a unified whole.
Each of the 12 meridians is paired with a specific organ system that connect to organs responsible for storing and nourishing energy (like the Heart, Liver, and Kidneys), as well as organs that process and eliminate (like the Stomach, Bladder, and Large Intestine).
When these meridians are balanced and free-flowing, the body and mind remain healthy and resilient. If they are blocked, deficient, or overactive, physical illness or emotional imbalance can arise.
We will be working with the meridians through their alarm points.
In energy medicine the Taiji Pole (sometimes called the central channel), is the main vertical axis of energy that runs through the human body. It extends from the Crown Chakra at the top of the head down through the spine to the Root Chakra at the base of the body.
It is seen as the central pathway that connects Heaven and Earth energies, allowing them to flow into and through the body. The Taiji Pole anchors the chakras, with each chakra aligning along this axis like spinning wheels connected to a central rod. It also supports the Dantiens, important energy centers in the head, chest, and abdomen, by linking them into one coherent flow.
When the Taiji Pole is clear and strong, energy moves freely through the body, supporting vitality, balance, and spiritual connection. It helps unify physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of a person, grounding them while also opening awareness to higher consciousness. In many healing practices, aligning or energizing the Taiji Pole is considered essential for restoring harmony and flow in the energy system.
We all come into this world with our own specific genetic dispositions. Imagine this as the spokes of a wheel, where, in a perfect world, the spokes will all be the same length and the wheel optimally balanced. Unfortunately, because of our genetic blueprints, we have some ‘spokes’ that are not balanced. These areas will always need more support to keep the body in homeostasis. If we know exactly what they are, we can energise them in times of stress, low energy, illness, or any other struggle. They can be like a ‘security blanket’ for us and our clients.
Every person’s PHPs will be unique to them and are like a snapshot of the person’s energetic matrix. PHPs will have a very long shelf life as they are part of the person’s genetic imbalances.
At times, a client may be so deeply stuck in their current dysfunction that they lose touch with their natural state of health. In these cases, healing can be supported by guiding the client to imagine a point in the future when their body has already healed. By accessing this future healed state and bringing it into their present awareness, the client can reconnect with the possibility of wellness, allowing the mind and body to align with a healthier state of being.
On the flipside, it is sometimes necessary to revisit a moment in the past before a trauma or dysfunction first occurred. By guiding the client to access this earlier time, they can connect with their optimal state before the negative event had an impact. Bringing this past state into their awareness allows them to reconnect with their natural balance and well-being, helping to neutralize the lingering effects of the trauma and support the healing process.
There are many acupuncture points on the body that provide direct access to different parts or systems. These points serve as shortcuts, allowing us to easily gather information that requires attention or to stimulate areas that need re-energising.
Energetic imprints are residual patterns of energy left in the body, mind, or aura as a result of past experiences, emotions, or trauma. These imprints can originate from physical injuries, emotional distress, psychological events, or even repeated negative thought patterns. They are essentially “stored memories” of experiences that continue to influence a person’s energy flow, physical health, emotional responses, and behaviour, often without conscious awareness.
Clearing energetic imprints helps restore balance, reduces the lingering effects of past trauma, and supports physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.
In Integrated Healing, the term ‘Invasive Energies’ is used to refer to any energy that is interfering with the balance of your being. This includes things like geopathic stress, radiation, overhead power cables, computers, someone else’s hostility, the effect of witnessing major traumas such as 9/11 as well as spiritual, psychological or psychic attacks etc. In short, any energy that comes from outside the body to which the body reacts negatively.
Universal energies consist of Electricity, Magnetism, Light, Heat and Sound and they support physiological function, emotional balance, mental clarity, and spiritual development.
In energy healing and holistic traditions, universal energies refer to the life force or vital energy that flows through and around the human body, sustaining health, vitality, and consciousness.
When the flow of universal energy is smooth and unobstructed, the body operates harmoniously, and a person experiences health, vitality, and a sense of connection. Conversely, blockages, imbalances, or deficiencies in this energy can manifest as physical illness, emotional disturbances, or mental and spiritual challenges.
