Mathilda’s background is in Psychology, supplemented by her expertise as a Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner. Her diverse clientele includes members of the aristocracy, business executives, actors, singers, and international athletes.
Driven by the limitations of traditional talk therapies, Mathilda began seeking more holistic solutions. To overcome the limited resources available in her home country, she travelled to England in 1998 for advanced studies, eventually mastering many more modalities including most of the major schools of Applied Kinesiology.
Her research into holistic healing modalities spanned various European countries as well as India, Egypt, Iceland, Russia, and China.
In 2004, she was appointed International Representative and Instructor for the Institute of Cyberkinetics, embarking on a year-long global launch tour. She then travelled to Australia to research new techniques with Philip Rafferty, the founder of Kinergetics, and qualified as a Kinergetics Instructor.
Mathilda’s true passion lies in identifying the emotional and spiritual root causes behind life’s challenges, awakening a state of vibrant, joyous, and fulfilled living.
This dedication naturally evolved into the development of her own curriculum. Alongside Nic Oliver, she co-developed Integrated Healing, which has spread to over 30 countries worldwide since its launch in 2006.
Today, backed by 30 years of research and thousands of clinical hours, Mathilda focuses on international teaching and speaking, empowering people to bridge the gap between who they are and who they are meant to be.
Nic dedicated over 30 years to his work as a learning and development consultant, with a focus on organisational transformation, leadership development, influencing skills, and coaching.
His journey into bodywork began in 1976, when he studied anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, kinesiology, and exercise physiology as part of a degree in physical education.
In the 1980s, he expanded his expertise with aromatherapy and shiatsu. Seeking a shift from the corporate world to more direct client interaction, Nic pursued studies in Hypnotherapy and also became a Master NLP Practitioner.
His initial passion was working with athletes. Having played at World Cup level during his international sports career, he experienced firsthand how psychological factors, like stress management and self-limiting beliefs, often separated top performers from the rest, far more than physical talent or preparation.
Between 2004 and 2006 Nic’s introduction to Kinesiology marked a turning point in his career, and he felt he had found his true calling. He devoted himself to contributing to the field by editing Cyberkinetics manuals and writing new workshop content. He also became one of only two fully qualified international trainers for the Institute of Cyberkinetics.
In 2006, Nic shifted from the physiological focus of Cyberkinetics to the more emotional and spiritual dimensions of healing and together with Mathilda van Dyk, he co-created Integrated Healing. With his background in learning and development he made sure the Integrated Healing manuals are easy to understand and the protocols and information references are easy to follow.
